We will respond promptly to valid DMCA notices and take appropriate action, which may include removing the allegedly infringing content while the matter is investigated.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include your contact information, identification of the removed content and its original location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal was a mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, access for users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
